• The Paddlefit ™ Beginner program is open for everyone who would like to start and try the Paddlefit ™ program. After a short introduction on the equipment we paddle out to start with a warm up followed by easy exercises on the SUP board. We teach important SUP techniques which helps you to have a correct paddle stroke including a cardio program. The class finishes with a cool down and stretching . Suitable for all fitness levels.

•The Paddlefit ™ Advanced workout is suitable for everyone who is looking for an intense and athletic class . We start with a powerful warm up on land followed by a paddle out to continue on cardio and high impact core, balance and cardio exercises. You will also learn the SUP paddling techniques and board control to prepare you for SUP Wave or SUP River.

Paddlefit™ Sup discovery:

• You would like to discover the basic of Stand Up Paddling ? Come and enjoy your first steps and learn how to paddle, the different foot stances, turning techniques and some fun balance exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Price: 40 CHF p.P. / 30 EUR p.P.( group min 4 persons) including SUP equipment
• 75 Minutes individual workout
• This 1 to 1 training will be created to on your request and will consist in specific exercises and instructions set according to your goals. You will also receive, beside exercises, general health and nutrition guidelines. Suitable for all fitness levels.
